Returns are accepted for purchases made at a Hanes Outlet Store. Merchandise must be brand new, unworn, unaltered, and in resalable condition with original tags attached to qualify for a return.
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase accompanied by a valid receipt and at the same location of purchase only. Additional restrictions may apply.
Holiday Return Policy: Purchases made between Fri, 11/29/24, and Tues, 12/24/24, must be returned by Wed, 1/15/25.
Returns for purchases made Online or from Champion are no longer accepted at Hanes Outlet Stores.
